Discrimination testing


A series of tests to review the benefits plans of both highly compensated employees (HCEs) and non-highly compensated employees (NHCEs). This testing ensures that businesses are not being discriminatory and are in line with federal requirements and regulations. The types of testing will vary depending on the specifics of your organization’s benefits package. Safe Harbor plans are not subject to discrimination testing because of how they are structured.
